The fountain in Triangle Park, Cedar Street is surrounded by lakes and its living water. It is a memorial to remember and celebrate the generations of people who have developed, protected and passed on the magnificent bounty and beauty of Manistique’s resources. It is a reminder of stewardship to the Manistique community, that its resources be guarded, preserved and passed on to benefit the future generations of Manistique.

Many engraved bricks have been placed around the fountain in memory of, or in honor of, loved ones, businesses — past and present — and organizations.
